Consumed in the right amounts, good fats help us lose weight by stimulating the production of leptin (an appetite suppressant hormone) and help us feel full.
Omega-3s help burn more calories, but be careful not to consume too much foods that are too rich in omega-6s, which are found in industrial recipes, for example. Avoid sunflower oil by favoring other oils for your homemade dishes.

- Avocado
- Oleaginous fruits, nuts and seeds

- Milk and coconut oil
- Oily fish
